HOUSE V

This exterior redesign focused on achieving a renewed character through subtle but intentional  material and spatial changes. Rather than altering the structure, I introduced a new paint finish  to the main house, using it to create cleaner surfaces and to frame the doors and windows with  simple decorative accents that give the façade more depth and definition. The rear building was  visually distinguished by adding tile cladding, which adds texture and warmth while clearly separating it from the main volume. I also relocated the pavement away from the house, allowing  the walls to “breathe” and creating a more generous, relaxed courtyard space. Together, these  restrained interventions transform the atmosphere of the exterior, making it feel calmer, more  cohesive, and more intentional without overcomplicating the design.
